Process of selection of applications

Applying for SolutionCondo is really simple! Here are the steps of our selection process. In all cases, we invite you to attach a cover letter to your resume.

1. Sending the application

Creation of an employment offer by SolutionCondo and posting on Jobillico.
Reception of the applications. We review all the resumes received.

2. Preselection of the applicants

Analyze the received applications.
Possibility of a short telephone interview for preselection.

3. Selection of the applications and decision

1st interview with Human Resources, including evaluation tests.
2nd interview with the supervisor of the department or the managing director.
Verification of the references and validation that the applicant does not have any legal obstruction in link with the employment.
Decision.

4. Welcoming and integration in the team
