Celebrating Women’s Week at SolutionCondo

March 8 marks International Women’s Rights Day. At SolutionCondo, we want to take this week to highlight the incredible women who contribute daily to our success and the transformation of condominium management.

Inspiring women at every level

SolutionCondo is proud to have dedicated women experts who actively drive the condominium industry forward. Throughout the week, we will showcase these professionals who embody our values of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Monday

We kick off this series with Caroline Trudeau, Senior Director – Property Management at SolutionCondo, who plays a key role in shaping our strategy and operations.

Caroline joined SolutionCondo in 2015 and quickly established herself as an outstanding property management director! With extensive experience, she has managed one of Quebec’s most prestigious condominiums. Over the years, she has built expertise in large-scale building mechanics and financial management of complex properties, mixed-use buildings, and condominiums.

Her dedication and expertise were recently recognized with her appointment to the BOMA Quebec Property Management Committee.

When asked for advice for young women looking to make their mark in the industry, Caroline shares an inspiring message:

“Passion, determination, and perseverance have guided me from the very beginning and remain key to my journey! Surround yourself with allies who share your passion and will help bring out the best in you!”

Tuesday

Spotlight on finance, control, and administration, featuring Marie-Pascale Fontaine Dulude, CPA, Finance Director, and Samanta Pilon Langlois, Operations Director & Controller, along with Anne-Claire Pinel de Grandchamp, Christine Casipe, Lorianne Rousseau, Janie Cardinal Laplante, and Stéphanie Pitre, who ensure the financial stability and efficiency of our accounting operations.

Marie-Pascale Fontaine Dulude, CPA, brings over 10 years of experience in financial management and process optimization, leveraging her expertise to drive SolutionCondo’s strategic growth.
Samanta Pilon-Langlois, Operations Director & Controller, has been a driving force behind internal practice development and optimization since joining in 2010. Her strategic leadership and solution-oriented approach actively contribute to SolutionCondo’s success and growth.

Wednesday

Our Human Resources team takes center stage, led by Lucie Labrecque, CRHA, who works daily to recruit and support the talented professionals who make us strong.

Lucie, a member of the Ordre des CRHA, joined SolutionCondo in 2016. With over 13 years of experience, she plays a key role in shaping our company culture and talent management. She has implemented a structured career plan for property managers and introduced initiatives to enhance communication and employer branding.

Lucie and her team make SolutionCondo an enjoyable workplace. Their professionalism, energy, and creativity make all the difference! Thank you for your contribution to our collective well-being and company growth.

Thursday

Spotlight on our property damage management and technical department, an almost entirely female team led by Sidonie Langlois (Property Damage Management) and Valérie Vincent (Technical Projects).

Sidonie Langlois, head of the Disaster Management Department, ensures meticulous oversight of claims and coordination with insurers. With a strong background in loss management, she plays a crucial role in risk prevention and process improvement.
Valérie Vincent, Technical Projects Director, is a leader in architecture and environmental design. With over 15 years of experience and specialized training in architecture and urban planning, she and her team ensure that buildings and their layouts best serve their occupants.

Friday

We wrap up the week by honoring Elise Beauchesne, President & Co-Founder of SolutionCondo, who embodies leadership and innovation, alongside other key female leaders such as Sabine Muszynski (Director of Management) and Rebecca Gillis (Head of Legal Affairs).

A pioneer in condominium management, Elise founded SolutionCondo with a vision to revolutionize the industry through innovation and expertise. As a CPA and Certified Administrator (Adm.A.), she built a company recognized for its professionalism and ability to tackle complex challenges. Her leadership and commitment to industry progress have made SolutionCondo a key player in the market.

A special mention to Ahlem Betrouni, who recently joined Elise as Executive Assistant, providing crucial support to help her continue driving industry evolution.
