On April 26, Ms. Élise Beauchesne, CPA, Adm. A. had the opportunity to be a speaker at the Regroupement des gestionnaires et copropriétaires du Québec’s virtual conference on “Bill 25 and the protection of personal information”.
She led the conference on best practices for managing personal information in co-ownerships.
The coming into force in September 2022 of Bill 25 has raised many questions. In addition, as this bill will come into force progressively, other measures will have to be applied as of September 22, 2023.
