ÉLISE BEAUCHESNE JOINS LA CAISSE’S COMMUNITY OF WOMEN LEADERS

A new milestone in SolutionCondo’s growth and female leadership.

We are proud to announce that our president and founder, Elise Beauchesne, CPA, Adm.A, has recently joined Les Cheffes de file, an initiative led by the Caisse, that brings together ambitious female entrepreneurs with inspiring backgrounds.

This community brings together women who are leaders of high-growth companies, chosen for their ambition, leadership, and desire to accelerate the development of their businesses. With this membership, Élise joins a stimulating and committed ecosystem that aims to offer women entrepreneurs greater access to networks, expertise, capital, and business opportunities.

A NETWORK TO INCREASE THE IMPACT OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS

Cheffes de file is a Caisse initiative that provides concrete support for the growth of women-led businesses.

This group aims to propel the growth of women-led businesses and strengthen their access to business networks, strategic financing, and opportunities for visibility. This membership reflects Élise’s and SolutionCondo’s commitment to advancing the condominium industry through innovation, rigor, and a strong entrepreneurial vision.

PARTICIPATION IN A MAJOR EVENT

On January 20, Élise will take part in the Les Cheffes de file x ELLE-Invest networking dinner, an event organized by Réseau Capital in collaboration with La Caisse. This dinner will bring together committed female investors and founders for concrete discussions on financing, collaborations, and growth levers for women-led businesses.

This type of event promotes high-value encounters that align with SolutionCondo’s values: rigor, ambition, and commitment to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

COMMITTED AND CONSISTENT FEMALE LEADERSHIP

Élise Beauchesne’s involvement in the Les Cheffes de file network is part of a career marked by commitment, innovation, and a desire to advance the profession of condominium management. In 2019, she helped create the Association Québécoise des Gestionnaires de Copropriétés (AQGC), actively contributing to structuring and gaining recognition for a profession undergoing rapid change.

Through her involvement in this association, Élise has worked to professionalize the sector, defend the interests of condominium syndicates and advance key issues, particularly in the areas of insurance and governance. This approach is part of a long-term vision to raise standards of practice and strengthen the credibility of the industry.

Founder and president of SolutionCondo, she embodies confident female leadership focused on sustainable growth, professional rigor, and strong human values. Her membership in Les Cheffes de file is a natural extension of this commitment, connecting her to a network of women entrepreneurs and executives who share the same ambition to advance their sector and support female leadership in Quebec’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
