Discover the essential obligations of the syndicate of co-ownership and the information it can communicate during a sale or purchase, and explore the fundamental role of the notary in real estate transactions. Attend this training course to understand the key responsibilities involved in the sale or purchase of a condominium property. Guest experts will address the following points:

• Duties and obligations of the syndicate: common expenses, documents and information concerning the immovable, attestation on the condition of the co-ownership.
• Duties and obligations of the notary involved in the sale of a fraction of a co-ownership by the developer or builder: towards the syndicate and towards the buyer
• Duties and obligations of the notary involved in the sale of a fractional co-ownership by a person who is neither the promoter nor the builder: towards the syndicate, towards the buyer and towards the seller.

Cancellation and refund policy : You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. After this time, no cancellations, credits or refunds are possible.
