Changes to log on the solutioncondo's portal

Important: change of url to connect to your syndicate’s portal

We would like to inform you of a change that will affect your connection to the SolutionCondo portal. Indeed, a technical migration of the URL you are using to log onto your Syndicate’s portal (if managed by SolutionCondo) will happen.

This migration will take place at 8 pm, on Monday, June 12.

SolutionCondo being the first user of the all in one UpperBee Management software, our company had its own domain, being https://app.solutioncondo.com/.

Today, UpperBee has many licensees of its software, it uses URL structure for its customers that includes a sub-domain, being https://nameofcompagny.upperbee.com/.

The objective of this migration is to harmonize the connection URL used by SolutionCondo customers with that of other UpperBee licensees.

TO LOG IN VIA WEB

Upon migration, clients whose Syndicate is managed by SolutionCondo will have to log on their Syndicate’s portal at: https://solutioncondo.upperbee.com/account/logon (and no longer at https://app.solutioncondo.com/).

Your login details will remain the same (username/email and password).

We remind you that you should update your favorites in the browser you use (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari) to make future connections easier.

TO LOG IN VIA THE MOBILE APP

If you were using the SolutionCondo’s mobile app, you will now need to download the one under the UpperBee name (the one under the SolutionCondo’s name will no longer work).

For the mobile app, you can also use your usual login and password, nothing has changed.

How to use these QR codes?

On your compatible Apple or Android phone or tablet, open the integrated camera app. Point the camera at one of the QR codes above, then click on the banner that will appear on your Apple or Android phone or tablet. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

HAVEN’T DOWNLOADED THE MOBILE APP YET?

If you were not yet a mobile app user, know that you can download it for free, accessible via the Apple Store or Google Play.

By downloading it, you’ll be able to access your building’s essential information in the blink of an eye, wherever you are:

Check your oustanding condo fees
Reserve common spaces, such as the gym and reception room
Make service requests
Consult building documents,
Etc.
