The SolutionCondo group moves up to the 12th place among the leading players and portfolios in the canadian condominium industry

The 9th edition of the 2023 “Who’s Who” survey of key players and managers in the Canadian real estate and condo industry has just been published in June’s CondoBusiness Magazine edited by REMI Network.

This annual ranking is considered the most comprehensive list of commercial and multi-residential property owners and managers in Canada. This survey is market reference, used and consulted by more than 100,000 owners, developers and real estate professionals every year, and SolutionCondo is proud to be mentioned in it twice.

SolutionCondo ranks 12^th among the major players and portfolios in the Canadian condominium industry, and 57th among the largest property management companies across Canada.

Opening of two new offices, one in Quebec City and one in Brossard, on Montreal’s south shore. These offices join the two already established in the Greater Montreal area, in Montreal and Laval.
The merger with Gestion VSP and the creation of the new technical department with dedicated and specialized staff. The two companies will merge their activities, which will continue under the SolutionCondo name, offering an enhanced range of services to their customers.
